thats good and i believe in you! any skills after a bunch of practice is bound to show results yup yup. ooh id say i know a fair amount? 90% of my knowledge on python i learned on youtube (which i linked) and i also took harvard's python computer science course which was very useful (though its 10 weeks long). i think python is an amazing first language honestly and so much more fun than something like c++ TT

Yeah, Death Note was a solid shounen series from what I remember but it's been 6 or 7 years since I last saw it - the same with FMAB. Even my HxH rewatch was 3 and half years ago now. The time has really flown since I've been on MAL.

It's a close call between HxH (2011) and Naruto/Shippuden but I think HxH had less filler and superfluous material. The long-winded and protracted pacing for the 4th Great Ninja War, and how Madara was ridiculously overpowered but then suddenly shuffled quickly off by a Zetsu betrayal (going out with a disappointing whimper), as well as the last 100 or so episodes of incidental/non-consequential subsidiary material - like the 2nd Chunin's (at the very end of Shippuden), is what let Shippuden down, ultimately. In comparison, the Heaven's Arena arc was the only time where HxH felt like it was treading water somewhat, but even then you got some interesting things like the Nen training with Master Wing, and Gon and Killua's burgeoning friendship. Naruto and Shippuden both had a lot of incredibly dramatic and interesting tactical fights and many heart wrenching and emotional scenes and stories. It all depends on whether you have the patience to see all 720 episodes through to the very end - filler and all.

I thought I might be a bit old for something like Hero Academia but it's been solid in all departments - like the visuals, the OST, the characters, and the main story arcs. It's decent all-round entertainment. Season 6 did get mean and moodier than ever before and there was some depth and expansiveness in the storytelling. Just when some doubts and misgivings were starting to surface in some viewers minds, they were laid to rest by multiple big progressions and revelations.

As you alluded to, I think the finishing line is now in sight with BnHA, and I have a feeling that the nest season will be the last. Overall, I think the pacing has been good. It wasn't overly protracted like the first Bleach series, or packed with loads of padding and superfluous filler (like some other big name franchises), but neither was it rushed and skimmed over like the SAO anime series, Aincrad arc.

The series I've seen either 2 or 3 times will be all of my top 10, plus the series my top 10 characters are from. In addition that, probably everything I've scored a 9 has been watched at least twice. How about you, what have you rewatched or rewatched the most?

I was just saying to someone else a few days ago that Naruto/Shippuden has better story writing than Bleach, but I think Kubo excels with his cool character designs. And they both have quality OSTs, although Shippuden's is a touch more epic/packed with feels. I'm not a Narutard anymore. I've finally put that decade in my life behind me. Honestly though, they both gave me a boost/lift in life when I needed it most (some years ago), so I understand the positive/inspiring effect these kinds of things can have on people.

yeah i watch absolutely everything haha, but yeah maybe after i finish gintama snek (though that might take foreverrr at this point haha) and yeah i know TT i want to watch it for the animations but yeah too much commitment right now
