grisaia series is amazing, but its not as normal as oregairu, but not fantasy

monogatari series is also amazing, but its fantasy

i putted 10/10 (rounded up) for both lel

Hyouka came, almost, immediately in my mind by those specs. I think it might have a few more that follows those premises but IDK RN. I'd recommend Hyouka for now if you haven't checked yet, still, the love part feels more mild but, again, Oregairu had this too. Anyway, it's KyoAni and one of the greatest titles in the school/"mystery" setup. Give it a try!

hyouka is pretty similar to Oregairu, but at the same time very very different

White Album 2 is similar to Oregairu in a lot of ways, but is more dramatic. The anime is the adaptation of the beginning of a visual novel series, it goes on after what happened in the anime adaptation.

Maybe Hyouka ,though it's main genre isn't romance. it's about mc and his friends solving mysteries. with a little touch of romance. watch it when you have time it's good.

Golden Time is a solid option imo. The supernatural element is dumb and unnecessary but I really liked the development of the main love interest and the romance in general.

Hyouka is kind of similar. A smart problem solving main character, and interesting storylines with good interactions between each character.

I really enjoyed both in a similar way.

Probably Toradora, though a lot of the characters are a little cringy and less interesting IMO. You might also like Bunny Girl Senpai, specifically the two arcs that happen between episodes 4-8, though the rest of the series is more generalized issues relating to growing up and High School rather than romance.

Toradora is a really nice show but it's not like oregairu. If you are looking for a smart show that talk openly about the world you should watch bojack horseman. and it's a cartoon btw.
