| *All of his colleagues work together to send him a message* - IDK, maybe one can trusts people after all. *Criminals do criminal things* - aight, this whole trust thing won't work out after all. I'm not ignoring the fact that Thomas is a teenager, but come on, the whole situation was weird from the very start, some random folks ask you what your favourite dish to and cook it for you out of nowhere? Not even talking about suspicious here, this is just a weird situation to start with. One could say that Thomas was very vulnerable at that moment, but was he also not already living by "you can't trust anyone motto"? If anything he should be just as vigilant as always if not more. On a side note, this show may have a ton of stereotypes already, but a number of lab substances mixing up in an accident, really? They could have been a little less random by going for something like the penicillin discovery case that actually happened IRL, there's still chance involved but it would do less harm to suspension of disbelief. |
