Now that lelouch has a code marking under his neck. Does that mean he successfully stole Charles code?

The movie didn't follow the original anime timeline. But if you watched the two other movies that were remakes of the anime series that's the timeline the movie followed.

He has a psuedo-code, so he doesn’t age but he isn’t immortal. So if he were to recieve a fatal wound he wouldnt be able to recover like c2.

At this point it is ass-pull. But I interpret it like C's world has just a little more power to resurrect Lelouch. And now it has drained completely. That does not explain how C.C. can recover wounds though.

The supernatural stuff aren't the strong side of Code Geass anyway. Even Geass has a logic and I really dig it. It is a power that modifies brain. So you can find a scientifical explanation for it. But Code and C's world is too inconsistent and "magical".
