This is just a hunch, but I believe that I.G. are gonna air the first 12 episodes early theatrically like they did with S2 (3 films), but they will also re-air them as normal TV episodes and release episodes 13-24 right afterwards (S2 also has a TV version).

I'm predicting they'll go with:
- Movie 1: March 4th
- Movie 2: April 1st
- Movie 3: May 13th
- TV episodes 1-12 during Summer 2022 season and then episodes 13-24 during Fall 2022.

So the air date for the TV version might be between July-December 2022. Since they've announced the release dates, I think this would be enough time to finish the remaining episodes.

Now the question is whether or not MAL will count each movie as 4 episodes, or will have to create new entries just for those 3 and have the second half of S3 as its own entry, since it's already been announced S3 will be 24 episodes long. Maybe the release date will just be changed and the background info will have to be changed.

They might go that way. I feel like they will release it all as movies. First 12 episodes in first half of 2022, than other 12 in later half of 2022. After that they will air it on TV starting early 2023. I would like for you to be right tho.

According to MAL's own database rules and for consistency sake, these movies should be 3 entries (Like ep 12-24 movies), not one movie entry which airs from March to May like it currently is. So these announced movies should be fixed to be 3 movies of 4 episodes.
Dunno how exactly MAL is handling current Demon Slayer situation, that might be a clue to how it goes if the show airs according to your scenario.

Demon Slayer has it's own original episode and dozens of extra scenes, cuts, and edits from the movie, so it's being treated as an alternative version of the movie.

If they go with Gaikotsu 1/2/3, then they might do the same thing as S2 did and do 3 separate entries with 4 episodes each for the TV version (due to different names and individual release dates). If not, then they'll just do 3 episodes for all 3 movies and then change it to 12 episodes for when the TV version airs. I'm thinking the former will happen.

The hype for this one is real.

One Piece episode 914 & 915 & 1027 were a mistake and 957 brought the salvation - FMmatron

Man, I'm so excited!!!! I really hope it'll be on Crunchyroll. One week to go. Damn, I was planning on rewatching the first 2 seasons.
I sometimes forget to finish my sentences.
