The Detective Is Already Dead
| I remember Kadokawa pushing this show so much 3 months ago, and I thought that oh this show could be a nice watch. But after briefly dipping from anime a little while ago, almost all of the things I've heard from this show was just mixed enjoyment and disappointment. So what went wrong with what might be one of the worst hits of 2021? |

| True, was the most hyped one but turned out to be the biggest disappointment not only of this season,but rather I think no one will top this show,this year in this regard |

| I was really looking forward to this show. I haven't read the LN so don't know if it's a bad adaption but this is easily the worst seasonal show I've ever seen (ie a 5 or 6/10). The story was nonsense and Seista had seemingly omnipotent powers (not sure if she is some sort of god alien, if she is then that would make more sense) that made the mystery aspect of this show really poor. Siesta was damn cute though and that one episode when they drank loads of wine and ended up in bed was funny (did they or didn't they, guess only they know). |
