Voice acting for Legoshi and Louis is sort of slept on not gonna lie. Especially Legoshi. Like just watch the scene where he punches Bill, the fucking range this guy reaches is astonishing. Not only can he display the full range of human emotions perfectly capturing his character's dynamic personality, but he does it in a way that is completely immersive without being melodramatic. Plus whenever he's raging it sort of literally sounds wolfish, like the dude can actually make an intimidating growl without being cringe. As far as Louis goes, his character might not show as much range as Legoshi, but the Voice actor perfectly captures both his charisma and vulnerability.

Are we talking about the English or Japanese VA? I've watched it in sub, but I keep hearing good things about the dub as well.

I don't know if it's slept on; I've heard high praise for both the Japanese and English Legoshi and Louis.

I think English Legoshi was a little rough in S1, because I don't believe the VA had as well of a range starting out. I think he nailed the more mellow, depressed, and awkward side of the character, but he couldn't rage out in more tense moments (he committed the cardinal sin of not being able to scream in anime).

However, I think he got a lot better in the S2. The gap probably gave him time to perfect his performance. At the same time, though, I still don't think he has anything on the Japanese VA's ability to growl like that.
