| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Well, Naoto and Naoya took a bold risk on that mission. Hope it's worth it. On the other hand, we also got the episode emphasizing on character abiltiies. Pretty underwhelming episode imo, nothing out of the ordinary really compared to the first few episodes. |

| Getting in an inside depth about Shoko Futami, the being that can transcend time and space. So the family is interconnected with these strange anomalies, not withhelding Masayuki (being influenced) and Shoko alone. Their mother has been there all the way, looking at these strange sequence of events happening right before their very eyes. The world at large for Naoya and Naoto in their early days is something that amongst George Iida's storytelling, I find it to be a bit jarring, like it felt out of the storytelling flow. It's a race against time for the rebels to save Masayuki from the SWE, which is just beginning to divulge him as their guinea pig, as well as the re-training of the psychics under Kimie's direction. In effect, victims like Kazama want their revenge upon the SWE so badly for "government disruption" to free the world of law and order. In effect, any kind of future that the Kirihara brothers have foreshadowed, the Kuroki brothers have also quickly established the link. IDK if it is me, but this is a topsy-turvy way of doing things through. |

| Three days have passed from the day this episode was aired and we've got only 5 posts. Although the quality of character design and animation are superb and the premise of the story is not bad, the popularity of the show is terrible. It may come from the bitter experience of "Night Head Genesis". It seems MAL also hates the show and wrong images of the main characters haven't fixed yet. The overall quality is well above the average of this season, but the plot or the pace of the show is kind of awkward and redundant. The variety of supernatural powers is poor and it is biased to PK (PsychoKinesis) too much. By the way, if Naoya were a girl in this version, different development could have been exhibited. |

| Hot headed Mike really needed that little scare there by Naoto. Also seeing how Kazama ordered knocking out Naoya without even listening to his prediction despite wanting the latters help makes me excited to see his plan fail. |
