What you said is meaningless. Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou is much slower than Hibike Euphonium and not boring; quite the contrary, it's too relaxing. Hibike Euphonium is too boring, nothing is interesting, it's all so fuck it. The worst part is the half-assed drama of this anime. Slice of Life is what I like the most, especially the Iyashikei. Most I've seen are not boring like Hibike Euphonium. |
| Make sure you also watch Liz and the Blue Bird movie since it happens after Hibike S2 ends and before the Chikai finale movie. Have a nice day. |

| Come to think of it, this show indeed was quite boring. I was watching it at 1.5x speed and skipping most of the conversations (just reading the subtitles), because on top of being slow-paced, it also was overly dramatic and full of tight, on-the-edge relationships. Perhaps it was intentional, but most of the female characters in this show have really bad personalities (at least they didn’t suit my taste, but whatever). On the other hand, since it is an anime about music, the OST is as good as expected — no complaints here. Nevertheless, objectively speaking, if an anime didn’t suit my taste it doesn’t mean that it’s bad. Therefore, I gave it a high score despite all the aspects I didn’t like about it |

| To everyone saying that "you just don't like slice of life anime" you can not like a specific sol and still like the genre, looking at op's list there are plenty of sol's that he has rated highly. Also, if it was so boring why did you give it a 7 & an 8? |

| This why one shouldn't always trust people merely saying it's good. Ask them why they think it's good and if their reasons align with your taste. Blame yourself instead of calling it boring. |

| I can see how some people find it boring. I would say it is worth continuing for good music and stunning animation alone. Also it has two of the best waifus in anime (Reina and Kumiko). |
