| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Now that Kyouya went back 10 years ago, he's able to put good use to his team and skills. The episode was fine as there's more look into Kyouya's school life. Not impressed by his personality but he's got a determined heart. I'm also starting to like Aki more too as the show fleshes out her personality more. She's quite a friendly person tbh. |

| Well, this is Sakurasou and Re:LIFE meshed together alright, amended my thoughts. The starting essentials of video production, and the Kitayama Share House quadruple is easily a team of 4 to create their first team project. Kyouya and Nanako working in the same part-time job, what are the odds, but survival is essential to living out your dream and finding your true self in Oonaka Arts College. Everyone has different experiences, and with the theme of "time" captured in 3 mins, it does not take long for this future-talented team to start off right. Weirdly enough, Kyouya knowing Tsurayuki's idea (that isn't plagiarism because of the time leap) shouldn't be a surprise, even for a "coincidence". To be creative is good and all, but when there's a strict timeline like the 3-minute time-limit, Kyouya has to get creative against the perfectionist. But to get roped into a club's trap (case in point: the Photography Department with 5th Grader Kiryu Takashi), hmm... Unsurprisingly, Kawasegara has the same idea has Kyouya, so it's a battle of wits. Most importantly, it's Kyouya who makes the first steps to banding everyone together, even as problems mount their way, everything's a fresh restart with no regrets. Looking forward for more, this show is just too good. |

| The OP is quite catchy imo. Other than that, we got to learn more about other characters and why they come to Oonaka and why are they doing what they're doing? Everyone has their own goals in this show which is cool to see. Apart from that, awkward moments here and there between Nakano and Kyouya. LOL, But I still think that Aki is the best girl in this show. Tsurayuki is a great guy as well which inspired the three-minute video idea in Kyouya's mind that was obviously Tsuaryuki's novel plot in the future. Gald that he's an understanding guy. All four of them work well together. Really good episode overall. I'm enjoying this show so far. |

| This episode is more intense than before. I can feel the spirit of those college students. The seniors are funny, making up a scene to kidnap them to the club. Wish it was me. Need this anime for replacing my college life haha. Eiko is the competitor type. There must at least one of them in college. But that's college life to you. |

| Oh!!! well..., it's green. Nice shot! Nanako. Kyouya should feel some softness during his part-time job. lol Real university life starts with works and projects. They got into a confrontation from their first project. Which is quite normal for group work anyway, especially with the ones who just met. Tsurayuki brought the wrong camera, it's time for Kyouya and everyone to find the solution and start filming. Their setting is Kami-Kosawa Station, which is located in a deep forest near Koyasan the World Heritage site. And their university is actually theOsaka University of Arts |

| Everyone in Kitayama has different reasons for coming to Oonaka university. I like the nature of Kyoya who doesn't want to waste his opportunity and immediately looks for a solution to a problem. |

| The concept of their movie project is certainly interesting, definitely looking forward to seeing how it turns out. Thou I hope Kyouya doesn't steal/take reference from other things like this one and he can shine on his own. Also Nanako x Kyouya moment was sweet but I want more Shino Aki x Kyouya. |

| Nanako is kind clumsy at times with made for some funny scenes. The other characters are starting to form a good relationship even with a issue between two of them it looks pretty good. Eiko has a strong sense of rivalry which makes me wonder what she will come up with and how she will react to the results. |
| Wasn't obvious at all that tsurayuki was famous at all, next thing you'll know they'll make Nanako famous too! Nanako seems to be the obliviously erotic type, Aki reminds me of Shiina (I wonder why) and Eiko the tsundere, correct me if I'm wrong lol. It so far seems decent, comedy wise it fell flat this episode IMO but obviously that's subjective and I felt like this was supposed to be more of a seinen but I'm not getting that kind of feeling atm but story wise it's still relatively interesting, as pointed out many times it does feel like sakura-sou got smashed together with Re life but atm I'm feeling it swing more of the sakura-sou way. Honestly I wonder how they're going to make a video with a still shot camera, they could probably take multiple time-lapse-style photos, changing the outfits and slightly moving in between, showing interactions and new friends, old friends etc, weather changes through background scenery effects and post processing but I think I'm getting into this a bit too deep xD! They're individual reasons for going to an art school at this point seems fairly normal, and I wouldn't be surprised if they stick to those reasons and don't develop them until a major event happens like a competitor or a rival to push them to become the platinum trio or whatever, as from a slice of life perspective it would be refreshing to see normal people excel at certain things through hard work and effort rather than some tragic backstory but let's see shall we? Do feel a little bit of spice in the air when eiko and kyouya interacted, seemed a bit hot and I'm not talking about only rivalry, but I'm grasping at straws - obviously lol but would be nice as their future interactions were quite wholesome |

| Great episode. Loving the atmosphere, it's great to see them work together and deal with the issues and complications that arise during development/production. Glorious Nanako fan service, give me more of that. xD I'm curious if the book Kyoya based his idea of was written by Tsurayuki, part of me wonders if it may have been Kawasegawa instead. Would definitely like to get more clarification on that. Looking forward to more. |

Another enjoyable episode, I'm really engaged with the story. It is interesting how everyone has their own goals in this show and it is not just the main character. A great second episode. Now I'm looking forward to future episodes even more now. |

| This......needs a few more episodes to really sink in for me. It’s not the best at subtleties at the moment. I dunno, for a story like that, I have high hopes but it’s been quite in-your-face so far. And too much waifu bait lol. I really hope the potential of the premise won’t be wasted...... Really liked that scene showing the 3 of them at the train station at different points of their lives. That was almost cinematic. And I really like the ED!!!!!! |

| Glad that Kyouya is around some competent people. There was usually a slacker or two when I was in a group. Since he already negated the idea that Kyouya stole his work, could Tsurayuki possibly be insinuating that Kyouya time leaped? I really hope that Eiko's team does not have the same idea with their 3-minute film. Also, I wonder if that circle will be able to help them with the digital camera issue. |

| That Nanako fan service was great! She seems to be a little bit of a klutz. Forgetting that she was in the middle of changing and unaware of making her boobs headpillows for Kyoya. Here I thought that Aki was gonna be the "Fan service character", but it might actually become Nonoka XD They already got their first assignment and of course the whole of Kitayama formed it's own team. Makes sense, living under the same roof, you got all the time to work on the project. I love how they all have a different reason to join this art school and sometimes I just wonder if there's more to it than that has been shown so far. I keep having the suspicion of that Kyoya isn't the only one who went back 10 years to find himself? Teacher was pretty helpful with the tip she gave Kyoya to help out with their teamwork and as that was solved, they got the wrong camera, whoops... Looking forward to see how they going to fix that problem next week! |

| Fun episode. Looks like Kyouya almost slipped up there, huh? Glad to see Tsurayuki's character fleshed out a bit more, he's among my favorites so far. I also really like Nanako, her story is pretty believable and I've known people like her. Eiko is pretty cool I guess, but we'll need some more scenes with her and the MC to find out more about her. The teacher is also surprisingly nice (wish I had teachers like her lol). Looking forward to episode 3! |

| Still think it's funny how this is presented as the main making some bold choice in his life when he's stumbled across fucking time travel and is using it to faff about in art school. Not a little interested in spacetime warping maybe? Not gonna try and use some future knowledge? Oh, coed dorm. Sure, I guess that's good too. Suspension of disbelief aside, seems to me they got the roles in their movie mixed up. Kyouya should clearly be acting because he's such a drama queen. Someone living through the same experiences came up with something similar to my very basic idea! I have no concept that part of making something good is working with constraints! If it does turn out he's also traveled through time I guess that could give motivations for jumping to something is strange and getting so worked up about compromise. |
| After the long first episode, this one seems to be quite fast paced. Was worried if to binge it or just watch every week. But the way the story is moving forward seems to be fine to watch and wait. Kyouya sure is taking all he can so that he won't regret it again. A rechance at hand. |

| I finished to watch the episode 2 and I think this is the anime of the season for me ahah I really like the atmosphere. It gives me "sakurasou" and relife vibes. BTW, Nanako reminds me Koko from "golden time", maybe because of her look xD |

| This anime is good aside from the occasional fanservice, fast pace, and Shinoaki’s voice. It is one of the best this season visually and the writing actually has some meat to it. This is definitely a contender for AOTS, but I hope that its flaws don’t hold back its potential too much. |
| Something tells me that the MC isn’t the only one from the future, Shinoaki kinda hinted at that in the first ep, I feel like Eiko has thrown some hints as well. I think rn this has to be top 3 shows of the season, we’ll see how things continue down the line, but I’ve been very impressed by the film like quality we’ve got from this. I appreciate the fact that the MC doesn’t act like the cringe anime MC archetype either, he’s an actual adult mentally and doesn’t get flustered when Naoko touches him or any of that bs. |

Both, the director is the enhacer, the scenario is the base. It isn't 5+5 to make it a masterpiece, but rather 5×2. Although i think the scenario is a little more important, because the director is there to make you get interested in the plot and enhace it, but sometimes the plot is very interesting to some people, even with bad director, you could still like the plot |

| This anime has no sense of tone. It goes from emotional dialogue to hehe tiddies in the span of 10 seconds. It tries to be self-aware about it's fan service, but then goes on and still does it unironically. Also the character design is kinda dogshit. |

| This was a pretty nice episode. I want to see more of Kawasegawa, because I think she's going to play an important piece of the story in Kyouya's past, alongside Shino and what her role is. I swear I think Shino somehow got cuter in this episode, I didn't even know she could be cuter than she already was. |

I thought that the script was the most important element in the past. But now, I truly think that the direction and production have more influence to the final work. We all know a lot of great manga were screwed when they were adapted to anime. And with this anime, I tried to read the novel and the manga and I must say that the anime make it better in some ways. Yeah. There are anime adaptations t st are better than source. Like K-On. Script and story are definitely not the most important things. Sometimes even voice actors alone are able to carry whole series, especially if talented director is involved. |

| Kinda felt like they tried to cram too much into the episode making it feel too fast paced, which is pretty ironic considering the whole episode is about trying not to cram too much into a 3 minutes video. Other than that, great episode again. I'm really enjoying this show so far and hope it continues to go well. |
