I noticed in last episode, yomogi call yume first name with blush face. Before that, yomogi ask yume to became his girlfriend. So, basiclly they are be a couple?

Calling each other by first names is some sort of cultural thing in Japan that close friends and couples do. In this case it was meant to signify she accepted his confession at some point during the time skip. Also confirmed that they're dating in the new Gridman Universe movie.
