| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Story No. 6: The Pretty Boy on D. Hill Dojima puting up a show for the Student Council Elections, that the Pretty Boy Detective Club's vice president-cum-Student Council President Nagahiro has some problems with. A rigged melancholic voting system this is one against the Snow Queen that is the vice-president Wana Nagawana, injured in an unfortunate hit-and-run traffic accident at D Hill and ushering in the withdrawal, to which Nagahiro's realm wil be finished against external sources if this is so. Asking for Dojima's help to sacrifice herself to figure out this bizarre case, while endorsing her for candidacy infiltration, that is a huge task of life and death. Naturally, the Pretty Boy Detective Club sees this as a mission-cum-case, so everyone is off to do what they're assigned to do. The most innocent character can be the biggest threat, and this Yokuya Kinshiro student in Dojima's class is the most highly suspect for now, for someone without a personality to showcase. The investigation on D Hill, everyone is keeping watch on this unpopular, unassuming, one-way road for any leads. Since the Leader Sotoin couldn't solve this case with his beauty, only Dojima can crack this case open with eerie bad feelings of intuitions. |

| Wow the direction was turned up another notch. This is why I watch shaft shows. I can't believe we are finally blessed with a team that is going all out to bring the most shinbo-esque visuals we have seen since nisekoi. I am honestly astonished by it. With 2 more episodes left I can only wonder how they will continue to out do themselves. Will this election arc last more than 2 episodes? Or will the final episode be some sort of epilogue? |
| I love how this anime is taking the student council's elections that seriously with adding a criminal case with that intentional car accident, and seems like it will stay more and more mysterious... Dojima's classmate is quite suspect but I expect something else that would be the true mastermind of this case. |

| Wana Naganawa, who's the current president of the student council has been hospitalized due to an accident. The accident was most likely a hit and run case and no one knows who's the driver actually. Since Naganawa is the president and the elections of the student council are coming closer, the only way to put her out of the race is to make her take back her name from the candidacy. The first impression of someone's sudden demise like that would likely be on her rivals and the one who's most suspicious at the moment is Mayumi's classmate. The deductions from the club members are going crazy and Mayumi's brain gears are also kicking in at its top speed. Lots of interesting things still to be figured out in this case. |

| Man, I love our sarcastic female family friendly Araragi, Mayumi is awesome. Comparing her to the first few episodes, she's much more outgoing and confident now. Please don't let her get run over by a car lmao. Pretty good episode! Looks like we got some election problems going on here, I wonder if there's actually really someone out there sabotaging the candidates. Yokoya is definitely sus though. It's really sweet how much the club cares for Sotouin, Sakiguchi is trying to maintain the school's freedom for when Sotouin finally becomes a junior high student. Maybe some higher up from the school maybe is the one trying to get rid of those from the Sakiguchi regime so their new policies can be implemented without a hitch. Looking forward to the next episode. |

Just check it out on anidb, you can actually learn a lot by looking up storyboarders and directors. Anyway, this one was storyboarded by Kawabata Takashi and directed by Shibuta Naoaki and Fujita Hoshihira, both of which had their ep director debut in this anime |
