The full anime actually does exist, and I have watched it, but it only exists on a "publicly" in a private YouTube video that I think was meant to be deleted but hasn't yet.

Every pre-Shōwa era anime used paper cutouts, cels didn't come into use in the Shōwa era until the mid 1930s, and there were some paper cutout holdouts until the end of the war; Noburo Ofuji's paper cutout technique is much more pronounced than all other anime from the time because he used individually cutout pieces of chiyogami paper instead of monolithic whole character cutouts.
