I actually think that Kachi reminds me of Mai Sakurajima from Bunny Girl Senpai. Their appearance bears some resemblance and Kachi's personality draws comparison to a mellowed Mai.

I actually liked Masamune-kun's Revenge and was hoping for another season. They did release an OVA not too long ago, though ...that was such a teaser.

I'm an Anime only on Masamune-kun no Revenge, so my judgement was solely based on the Anime. Was pretty dissapointed with the Anime so I didn't think of reading the Manga because the Anime left a bad taste, but alright I'll try reading the Manga. At what chapter does the Manga start after the Anime ends?

Ohh, I think you misunderstood(I was actually praising Masamune-kun), and I favorite Kachi and Suehara because I was shipping them (And I actually forgot to update Masamune-kun's Revenge) and the anime because I didn't know the anime would be this bad

Been reading from the start as you suggested (currently on ch. 26), gotta say I agree that the Manga is good and interesting since they fleshed out the characters and story well compared to the Anime that just rush the story and didn't give other characters beside the MC and FMC much screen time/build up. Thanks for the advice, bro.

The only similarity between kachi and yukino/mai is that they are kuuderes. If there is any character that kachi has close resemblance to, it's reina from sound euphonium since their design and voice is very similar.

Actually the show this really reminds me of is The Pet Girl of Sakura Hall, because I wound up hating every single self-absorbed character in that show, too. It's just that it only took me three episodes of this one to hate them instead of two seasons.

You should throughly check both of their mangas and then say.(I even read the Ln of Osamake to check) Masamune-kun is way better. Love rivalries doesn't always make a rom-com good, they have to be executed finely also.(I could point out a whole lot of flaws that Osamake have.)Please don't think I'm a hater of this show, I'm just very disappointed with the adaptation.
