Ah, sorry. Here; it has a MAL entry and AniTrendz has also written about it. I'm not sure where the official announcement is, but but MAL usually doesn't add something to the database unless a credible source has provided them with the information.

The movie project (along with season 2 and the short anime that came to be Heya Camp) was announced in october 2018. The release date for 2022 as well as all the info we have currently was announced the day season 2 finished airing.
