The ending is kinda bittersweet, but satisfying nonetheless. Definitely wouldn't be mad if this is expanded into a full-length manga. |

| A female alien communicating with a parent(mother)less male protagonist with a burned face about earth and loneliness lead by the end result is interesting... Her ability of immortality, erasing memories, tentacle-like hair, surviving in space since eternity and able to fuse with a human is cool, but overall their interactions and the tone of the story feels very flat and boring without any real charm. 4/10. The ending is ok. He protects her from a shitty guy who attempted to capture the alien via harpoon but Mawatari almost died in the process and asked Io to fuse with him so she can live on earth like she dreamed. |
| not really a fan, i felt a bit nervous it was going to have some weird convoluted untagged hentai plot lmao but out of all one shots i've read it was just okay. 5/10 story didn't really go anywhere and the ending was standard but barely decent, i didn't think much of the art either |
