By arc I mean chapter.
Though I do love the beach one I just have to go with the cult arc. It's refreshing to see a 'human' enemy that isn't Satsuki for a change and the way it ramps up tension quickly had me hooked

Oh man, it's really hard to pick just one when all of them have something that makes them unique and very interesting. But if I had to single one out it would be "The Whispered Voice Requires Self-Responsibility" just because

I'll probably go with the final arc of the first volume : Time, Space and Middle-Aged Man.
It was the peak of the first volume, it went further into the horror and the danger, the Otherside imposed itself more than ever, and Kozakura was even there in "action".

I also love Overnight on the Otherside because of how romantic it went.

My favorite right now definitely has to be the college arc
Hell, volume 5 in general is one of the best for writing and the best for art.

I can't really put a "favourite of all" label on an arc, but I'll just split them into four:

My favourite arc scary-wise would probably Time, Space and Middle-Aged Man.
It genuinely gave me the most goosebumps compared to other files.
But T is for Templeborn was also pretty scary for me in terms of being scared for the characters themselves, as they have to face a formidable foe!

The favourite arc character-wise would probably be Overnight on the Otherside or Looking at the Past in the Diagonal Mirror.
It really gave so much more development to Sorawo as a character and she became more and more aware of Toriko!

Then favourite in terms of "badass SoraTori" would be Funeral of the Moon. It also gives more insight into how the Otherside mechanics work, which was also really cool to read.

Then my favourite yuri-wise will be the WHOLE of volume 8! I feel like those 3 files build on each other for the final one in that volume, so yes, I'll just say that volume. Overnight on the Otherside is the runner-up, for sure.

Lastly, I do have to mention another one of my favourites, which is "Kisaragi Station"! Kisaragi Station and also the Monkey Train were one of the first, if not the first Japanese urban legends I've ever read, so it really hooked me to the story.
