| That's an interesting question. In my experience, no one hits quite like Fumino does but I did come up with a few things that have similar heroines. Your mileage may vary. Also, I didn't check your list so please forgive me if you have already seen some of these. Ai Yori Aoshi (Anime/Manga) Aoi is the "ideal Japanese woman" but she has a few quirks that kind of remind me of Fumino. They are on the opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to cooking skills though. Psychic Detective Yakumo (Anime/LN) Haruka is confident, sincere, and isn't an overly energetic airhead. WorldEnd: What do you do at the end of the world? Are you busy? Will you save us? (Anime/LN) Chtholly tries to act mature and isn't very honest with herself. Tsuki ga Kirei (Anime) Akane is diligent in her studies and also tries to read whatever room she is in. A Good Day to Be a Dog (Manwha) Hana is probably the most air-headed on the the list so far, but she still reminds of Fumino in other ways. Now for some honorable mentions. These heroines aren't quite as close to Fumino but have at least a couple of traits in common with her: The Kawai Complex Guide to Manors and Hostel Behavior (Anime/Manga) Ritsu Chihayafuru (Anime/Manga) Chihaya D-Frag (Anime/Manga) Takao Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun (Anime/Manga) Chiyo Hyouka (Anime/LN/Manga) Eru Teasing Master Takagi-san (Anime/Manga) Takagi Recovery of an MMO Junkie (Anime/Manga) Moriko Science Fell in Love, So I Tried to Prove It (Anime/Manga) Ayame Valkyria Chronicles (Game/Anime) Alicia The Rising of the Shield Hero (Anime/LN/Manga) Raphtalia |
| I know the feeling of wanting to have things finish before I read or watch them. That is how I usually do things, but I found I'm a little looser with my rules with manga and light novels. Just real quick: Ai Yori Aoshi has two seasons and the manga is finished Psychic Detetive Yakumo has one season and an un-localized LN. It has a finished story arc though. WORLDEND has one season and the LN is complete but it went into a sequel series A Good Day to Be a Dog is complete Kawai Complex has one season and the manga is complete Valkyria Chronicles is a game on PS3/PS4/Steam and has a complete story The others have at least one anime season but are not complete in any form as far as I know. Hyouka might be finished but the LN hasn't been localized. |
