That's..........it?

wat?

Ok then, quite an anticlimactic finale if I'm being quite honest, funnily enough Koto actually looks happier than I think she's ever been lol and hey, at least she finally was able to properly say she loves Kousuke back (well, kinda). Kosuke as well seems to have pretty much accepted that he's dating his fricken daughter's friend lmao, but after all that's happened, can't blame him. In some twisted way, at least their romance has come to light

Overall, this series was defoooooooo a massive train wreck lul. Just the idea in itself was a recipe for disaster. But I actually quite liked this series tbh, it really did tackle the age-gap/relationship with a minor issue really well, and showed the more emotional/mental side of things rather than just a purely lustful one. Honestly I didn't even mind their relationship to begin with given all the events that Kosuke (and Koto) have gone through. Like both of them managed to be the only person that was willing to listen and support with each other's problems, it was just an unfortunate coincidence that they had such a large age gap. But what I realllllly liked is just how much Kosuke's character breaks down from the very beginning, where he was completely against engaging in any romantic relationship with his daughter's friend, to now at the very end where he just doesn't give a shit lmao

Though I do kinda wish there was a better conclusion for the daughter and her potential love interest and the mother as well. Like we didn't even get to see them at all this chapter rip

but overall though, 8/10

one thing for sure though, if this ever does get an anime adaptation, it'll definitely be one of the big talking points of that season :P

Oof, and it's ended like this. The silent conclusion at the end, the proof that they finally understand each other. The might be back to each other's family now, but I hope we get a "Kuzu no Honkai Decor" treatment, when they both meet again after some years and can finally be together.

Enjoyed the series and the crazy dramas that it provided, while I'd have loved a dating ending, this is actually better for both of them now, period. I wonder if Kousuke's co-workers will eventually forget and 'forgive' him. Will still cross my finger for a sequel like what I said in the first paragraph, tho XP

Wait wtf? I mean its a good ending but it feels kinda rushed. What happened to the daughter? Could've easily been a few more chaps...
Attack on titan final arc makes game of throne season 8 look like a MASTERPIECE.

Kinda lackluster ending imo, it was OK I guess, but it was too open for my taste. The only solid conclusion is how Kisaragi fixed her life... but Kosuke? Everything around him is totally in the air as well as his relationship with her and his daughter... lol.

Honestly I would've preferred ending it similar to where the previous chapter was. Just having it be dead realistic where they likely just never see each other again, and the guy is basically shunned by society. That would've hit a lot harder.
Real ending still was okay tho. Rollercoaster of a story, made me feel real uncomfortable in a good way.

The ending is alright. I was hoping for a bit more drama, but author-san did wrap everything up nicely. Hopefully soon there will be a sequel or one-shot that is a time skip where the two of them could be together for real...

I would appreciate if you use the spoiler tag if you're going to, well, spoil the ending of another series.

I guess it was the best ending we could imagine for our two lovebirds.
Frankly, this kind of relationship puts me off deeply, but I would say that they showed a certain honesty that I concede to them.

so it seems people not understand the ending.

so here very roughly TLDR ending. heroine name can be writen with moon kanji. She trusted "the moon" to the MC until she is back to him. so in essence, heroine tell the MC to just wait since he already own her.

Yeah like other manga. The relationship between high School girl and a single parent dad always ended up like this. But i realize in this manga I got so many message. Overall, i dont know how his feel. But, as a dad or man and a husband, we must always patient to the all that happen to us. I don't feel it now, because im not a parents yet. Overall, I love this ending and Koto looks happy too. And I feel sad to Ichikawa.

Loved it, only one problem though. Such a weak ending, i wanted more. I wish they'd come to a more vivid conclusion where they got married or maybe even have kids, all i wanted was to see more of their bonds. Perhaps even the complications that the two have with their family gets to be clear of problems.

How the settings starting from the first act unto the last, meets them both together, that's a plus.

The face reactions from the characters were pretty nice, not the best, not the least.

A great manga, would enjoyed it more if i happen to continuously read it in just a day. God i hate house work.

Visuals/Art: 7/10
Characters: 7.5/10
Plot/Story: 9/10
Originality: 9.5/10
Theme: 8.5/10
Kissing scenes: 10/10

This manga as a whole was a bit uncomfortable to read. I thought the ending would do justice to it but no it doesn't. The ending left the loose end about miya. It's fine to keep an open ending but one should tie up all the other loose ends.

The ending surprised me. I was expecting double the pages because of the loose ends. But turns out, they're just unsolved. The only thing solved was Koto's family problem. But what about Kousuke and his daughter? That's a major part of this story. But it's left unsolved. It was resolved just by Miya's friend saying she's too serious.

So yeah, I feel a bit let down by the ending. My score for this has been going up and down as I read. And even now, I'm conflicted between a 6 and a 7.
