| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- The first few chapters were incredible. This atmospheric, shoddy Yakuza den was getting built on, character by character. Nangou, Akagi, and the detective all built on each other brilliantly, every moment felt so dense and stylish. "You'd be better off dead" from chapter 1 was my favorite moment of this first volume, but it was effective all around. Truthfully I got far less engaged when Yagi showed up because I know what to expect but it wasn't bad by any means. |
