As the title says I'd like to watch it in English dub I've read the English version of the manga & enjoy it so far, so I'd like to watch the anime adaptation but in English dub, by the way if your just going to be someone who's going to tell me to watch it in sub you can have your opinion & watch things your way & I'll keep my opinion & watch things my way I've always enjoyed watching in English dub & will continue to.

They did I didn't know that well since it's not nearly as echi as some of the other series out there like that interspecies reviewer series I hope it gets a dub.

The impression I get is it's less echi and more RomCom.

If the manga is anything to go off of then that is what it feels like it's gonna be. I've only read vol.1 & 2 I've pre-ordered vol.3 as English edition isn't out for another 4 days until now. However from what I've read it definitely is a romcom.

Funimation is pretty infamous with script changes, especially for dubs so I'd be careful if one does appear.

At the first, I found it hard to follow text and Japanese voice synchronically, but now I can fully watch any anime from any source even without subtitles to my heart's content and learn more about Japanese speak.

The dub has official been announced and is airing tomorrow. Sakurai will be played by Ricco Farjardo the voice of Mirio in MHA and Uzaki will be played by Monica Rial.

The fact that Monica is still getting work is gross. And she'll be absolutely terrible as Uzaki too, just like most of her roles.

I have her voice attached only to Tomoko so this will be really fucking weird.

You should see the announcement tweet. The comment section is full of dislikes towards Rial. I'm not even surprised tbh with the amount of hate she gets.

There are some snippets of her voice acting Uzaki on Youtube now. Some lines are ok-ish, but I feel she makes Uzaki sounds like a middle-aged woman most of the time. And her voice mostly being annoying, instead of 'cute, but annoying' as the Japanese voice does so well.

Urgh, Monica Rial doing the same nasaly whiney voice she does in every show she's ever been in. Ill still to the sub version.

Yeah, that's my main gripe here too. I don't know much of her other voice acting, to be honest, but her "Uzaki-voice" reminds me of Fran Dresher from the Nanny and a bit of Roseanne Barr as well. She sounds strange combined with Uzaki, and also much older, more like middle-aged, instead of an adult which some teenage vibe over her, like Japanese Uzaki does.
