| am I the only one who noticed how Yuma used his Side Effect to identify if Osamu is a threat or not, in order to discover Nino's plans and then set their strategy straight? also Jin, I guess... guy is always smiling - without a single drop of sweat - when Tamakoma is about to do a crucial move. amazing chap, glad to see their development at last! on to the next one! |

| My boy fucking did it, Osemu's growth as a fighter/tactician is one of the most satisfying parts of a manga ive read and this just feels like the culmination of the whole series leading to this absurdly satisfying moment that he finally makes up for his failure during the first fight with ninomiya. And so ends the greatest tournament arc ever, |

Ninomiya squad assumed he wouldn't use Hound because of his low Trion levels. As a clarification Hound shouldn't use more trion than Asteroid because of how trion distribution works. Hound and Viper take a hit to their damage stat and that trion goes towards tracking/tracing. Ninomiya Squad figured out that Hyuse wasn't using Asteroid due to the difference between expected damage for his trion level and the actual damage he was outputting. Osamu's Asteroid was already considered weak so they didn't pay attention to the difference between his expected and actual damage. |

Re-reading this chapter gave me goosebumps, and now I’m glad to revisit it seeing others reactions like yours. I can relate to Osamu quite heavily and glad Ashihara let Osamu have his moment. Hope to interact in future 🙏🏽 |
