| Boy, I'm in love with this extremely weird CG anime. It was nice to learn more about Shin. En is surely scary when he loses his cool. And I love how they summarize the whole episode in just a few seconds at the very end. |

| Great episode. Shins backstory was good, but what were the doctors thinking? I cannot comprehend their decision to help a serial killer activate his sorcery. But then again, there is no good or bad side in this world, as far as I can tell. Everyone seems to be on a rampage. Life is cheap. |

Both Baux and Kusakabe are more like scientists than doctors, and ppl who are passionate about something have different worldview. They got a chance to experiment on alive sorcerer, and there is no way that they are missing it because of morale or something. Yes, that gate he made out of sorcerer corpses emphasizes your point. | I still don't get what the story is all about. So far, it's been one random things to another and then back to mystery of Caiman's head. It says "hajimari" in the beginning after OP, can I assume all of this is prologue so far? |
| At the moment it's about the mystery of Kaiman's identity. Kaiman wants to find out who he was before his head turned into that of a lizard. He wants to find out the identity of the man in his mouth. And he wants his human head back. The En family wants to track down and kill Kaiman for killing Fujita's partner (in the opening scene of ep 1) and other sorcerers who have been entering Hole. After investigating for a bit they're able to use Turkey and Shin's magic (after Shin sees the man in Kaiman's mouth in the zombie episode) to make a doll replica of Risu. Risu is the guy in Kaiman's mouth. Turkey's dolls are designed to automatically track and head towards the person they're depicting. So Fujita, Ebisu, Noi, and Shin follow Risu's doll to an apartment where Risu's rotten skull was hidden. He had been killed. They later use Noi's healing magic and Kikurage's resurrection magic to resurrect Risu from his skull. They also give Risu a mechanical body that runs on magic so that he can talk, and also not take off because they figure he has information that would be useful in tracking down Kaiman. Risu is connected to Kaiman two ways. He's the guy in Kaiman's mouth, and both he and Kaiman share the red cross tattoos around their eyes. The cross eyes are a gang in the magic world that clashes with En's family. They all have those tattoos around their eyes. Shin and Noi have been shown wiping them out in two scenes. I can't get into it more than that without explaining stuff that hasn't been shown yet. |
