As a Hina fan, I am glad to see that Natsuo knows that Hina is supporting him.

Glad the author didn’t do a cheap time skip. I am bothered by what “god” is saying with that small fortune that says “your romantic dreams will come true.” Really? Please don’t make Hina suffer any more. I am so not getting my hopes up.

Anyway, I don’t want to see another Rui x Hina war again. I really think fans shouldn’t take fiction too seriously; this isn’t Re:Creators, I enjoy fiction but a part of me REALLY hopes fiction stays fiction.

Such a nice heart warming chapter.
Manga's been really consistent with the pace and plot these last few chapters. Nice.
That acknowledgement that she supported him all this time, was worth the endgame even if rui wins.
Hina deserved this for long. She's suffered alone for too long now.
Also I guess the manga hasn't got long now.
It's picking up the pace pretty fast. Looks like Sasuga plans to end it soon.

Hina has already accepted that Natsuo chose Rui. I think she does need to have a conversation with Natsuo though in order to sort out her feelings and get some closure. Shuu-san still cares for Hina, and I think she might be willing to go back to him once she sees that. I want to see her come to that realization once she reads the manuscript. She succeeded in allowing Natsuo to become a writer, like she had hoped for him. She can then be happy for her sister, and maybe move on with her own happiness.
As far as the fortune goes, it does say that things won't be as she hoped.

Well let’s see how that fortune goes. In manga, shrine fortune is supposed to be a prophetic role. It implies the author has an ending in mind for Hina and it is meant to surprise us.

Natsuo in a few chapters ago said he was not prepared to hear what Hina has to say. I believe that in Natsuo's heart there is a lot of hidden feeling, ready to surface, and that will happen at a time when he and Hina are closer and she confesses to him what she feels. It may very likely happen the explosion of Natsuo's feelings for Hina ... let's see what will happen ...

Exactly this manga is a Drama it will end with a bang and the only big event left is a huge plot twist at the end its called Domestic Girlfriend for a reason Domestic literally means not international it means home family Rui is his International Girlfriend While Hina is Domestic oh shit i might have spoilered the whole manga wtf.......i figured it out.

I doubt Hina is going to make a confession at this point.
Anyway, we do know Hina is a loving sister, we can't factor out the idea that Hina loves Rui as well.

Anyway, given how much time past. At this point, I am assuming that Racist cook is dead; he pretty much deserves to be dead, world is better off without him. If he was alive, I had expected that crazy reckless moron to get a gun to shoot his former workplace and Rui or try to rape Rui. There is no way that racist knows the idea of "patience." So I assume he is dead at this point, and his buddies have no intention on getting revenge on Rui.

And I am not sure how long court cases can go for but I assume that Hina's stalker isn't in some cheap house arrest and is now inside a secure prison.

Nice to see Hina get acknowledgement for supporting Natsuo all this time. Natsuo has obviously chosen Rui so please let her finally move on and find happiness. Watching her suffer is old and painful at this point.

Yeah, even though it's still so painful, at least Natsuo acknowledges that it's Hina who's been with him every step of the way with his writing. And it was so lovely to see Hina being acknowledged, it was so emotional not just for Hina but for me too.

Yeah, that shrine visit almost got my hopes up. But I'm afraid of getting my hopes up only to have them dashed again at this point. I can't bear to see any more of Hina's suffering. She's just suffered too much, way too much.

I don't know if as a fan I can say any endgame is worth it, but she absolutely deserved this. She was the one with him and supporting him even if only at the side for his writing. She's been suffering and crying all alone, by herself. Finally, in one brief moment, it's all acknowledged.

Hina ship risen now. That prediction will be come true. I know exactly what is Hina feels. Hina love Natsuo but she is not be choosen by Natsuo. Then she still doing it for the sake of love, in here kindness is not enough. When you do it a good thing to support the person you love, you will take the fruits. How can I feel it, because I'm in this circumstances for 7 years. I'm friending with her but still I love her as since first meet. I keep doing the good thing to her and she is happy with it. I'd also happy about that. Good chap.

Natsuo finally finished his manuscript. Also, so far, it's logical that the end game is Hina.

Come to think of it, it was also around New Year when Natsuo finished his award winning story at the end of the anime and the first major sections of the manga.

It's useful to see this parallelism.

Hina loves Natsuo so much. This has been shown over and over again throughout this manga, and this chapter lays this out in front of our faces especially well.
For Natsuo's sake, Hina would do anything. She would sacrifice her all for Natsuo, and she did sacrifice her own happiness by breaking up with him initially and then quitting teaching so she could be in his life and support him. That's love.

Rui, on the other hand, is selfish, and cares about her own goals more than she cares about Natsuo. While Hina is being Natsuo's rock, Rui is independent from Natsuo, away in America. Despite the amount of times they have done the deed and become "one flesh" so to speak, Natsuo and Rui sure are distant, both literally and figuratively. Putting ambitions above supporting one another.
Natsuo may have "made love" to Hina less, yet her bond with him is true love nonetheless.

Despite all of this, some people actually believe that Rui is the better woman for Natsuo... Give me a break!

@HeroicIdeal I mean, it is a little excessive to call Rui selfish. If anything, Rui was just focused on her own personal goals. Even I, in real life, would focus in my own personal life, mainly, rather than worrying about others. But, at the least, Rui does care and love Hina and Natsuo, and that is what is important. I do agree that Hina is better suited for Natsuo, than Rui, which is why Rui wanted what is best for Hina and Natsuo. So the good little sister has her own positives, unlike other sisters in other franchise; the sister in Ano Otome Game wa Oretachi ni Kibishii Sekai desu was obviously the Worst sister to cause her brother's first death, just reading chapter 1 made me hate her and felt she made her own well deserved grave https://myanimelist.net/manga/159854/Ano_Otome_Game_wa_Oretachi_ni_Kibishii_Sekai_desu.
