Comparing Season 3 with Season 2

I know technically Season 3 isn't finished yet but how does S3 compares to S2 so far? Is it better? Is it worse?

It's worse, PP2 had its charm and akane was still cool, PP3 threw all logic out the window, it's not bad as a stand alone, probably in the mediocre side, but inspectors and enforcers not using their dominators and choosing to fight 1on1 against evil dudes is retarded. PP2 has its own problems, the dominator stuff (why didn't sybil close acces to it and so on), the helmet stuff, but somehow it looked like Psycho Pass. This is the most bland generic piece of copy of a copy written by an amateur who doesn't even know Psycho Pass concepts.

You are retarted. The problem was the story felt a bit cramped but it was far better than season 2.

Does anybody know what is that entity with the scary red-black face that Shindo sometimes sees in his mental trace state? I saw the follow-up First Inspector movie and there was no explanation in that either. That shit gave me nightmares, at least I wanna know wtf that was xD

It's a little bit better than 2 but not that much. Both are decent, not boring, but have several problems.

2 wasn't terrible but it suffered from many and massive plot holes and a terrible finale, the last 2 episodes were really terrible. Also, it seems to focus so much on the gore and shocking value rather than on writing a coherent story that makes sense, but it was still a fun watch and it's only 11 episodes, so no big deal.

3 started out very strong, the final episode in the election arc was the peak of the season, up to this it was awesome, but then it fell apart completely in this next convoluted bombs arc, this arc was terrible and I lost any interest midway in it, then it just abruptly ended, telling you to watch the next movie if you want to get the conclusion.

I rate both here at 7 but S2 is probably closer to 6.5, while 7 seems about right for 3. They're fun enough to watch but a big drop down from S1 which was fantastic imo.

It's really shame the direction Psycho Pass went on from psychological cyberpunk to just cyberpunk detective show. Who thought the series should turn into a cases solving detective anime I would never know.
