The January 2020 issue of Manga Time Kirara MAX announced on Monday that Yui Hara's Kiniro Mosaic manga will end in five chapters, including the chapter published in the issue. The 4-koma slice of life comedy manga will end in the magazine's May 2020 issue on March 19, 2020.

Synopsis
Shinobu Oomiya once left Japan to participate in a homestay in England. During her time there, she became close friends with Alice Cartelet, the daughter of the family she was living with. However, when it was time for Shinobu to return to Japan, the two were able to express their sorrow despite the language barrier between them.

Five years later, now a first year student in high school, Shinobu receives a letter by air mail in a language she does not
understand. This letter is penned by none other than Alice, detailing her own homestay in Japan. In fact, Alice will be attending Shinobu's high school and living with her! Alongside their friends Youko Inokuma, Aya Komichi, and Karen Kujou, the five girls attend school together and learn about what their different cultures have to offer, day after day. [Written by MAL Rewrite]

Kiniro Mosaic originally appeared in the February and March 2010 issues of Manga Time Kirara MAX and debuted as a regular series in the magazine's June issue in the same year. Houbunsha published the tenth volume on July 25 (pictured). Yen Press licensed the manga in English in 2016 and shipped the ninth volume on May 28.

Studio Gokumi adapted the manga into two television anime seasons in Summer 2013 and Spring 2015. A special episode titled Kiniro Mosaic: Pretty Days screened in Japan in November 2016, grossing over 95 million yen.

Sentai Filmworks licensed the anime series and released both seasons on Blu-ray and DVD in August 2014 and October 2016, respectively.

We really do need a third season especially since Kinmoza's second season and special did sell decently.

ps. if you are looking for Japanese albums, you have to search it in Japanese (not romaji). Just copy and paste the name.

Aaaaaa, not Kinmoza! I was hoping we might get a 3rd season but no way that will happen if the manga stops.
No more Ayaya and Desu~ I guess...

Heck so many CGDCT manga are going away this/next year, better start reading all of them

Sad to see it end without another sequel. The final episode of season 1 had been so incredible. One of the finest episodes I have seen as an anime fan!

I remember the final episode was so good it moved the stalker's estimate from 2K to 5K within a week. It ended up with almost 7K in BD/DVD! Good stuff!

I will probably catch the manga now!
