Hmm, what makes you say that? Looking at S1 opening, it mostly consists of the camera panning across different areas, while focusing on character's silhouettes... then it goes on to show characters running for no reason - you know, the usual stuff you see in anime openings XD Then look at season 2's opening, although this part is just opinion, the music is so much more energetic and catchy. Also the art and animation is on point, it showcases each character in a flashier way (not to mention the way they reveal Vira in the opening - you can already feel that Yandere vibe before you even know who she is yet XD) They also show us the Grandcypher more which is of course an important aspect of the show. TLDR: Basically all I'm saying is that the second opening presents all the important things the show has to offer with beautiful animations, catchy music and creativity when putting it all together. However, I am curious, what is it about the 1st opening that you liked better? |
