Aniplex held a livestream event for the Ore wo Suki nano wa Omae dake ka yo (The only one who loves me is you?!) television anime on Monday, revealing additional cast, production staff, a new key visual (pictured), and the first promotional video. The anime adaptation of Rakuda's romantic comedy light novel will premiere on October 3 at 12:30 a.m. on Tokyo MX, Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, and BS11, followed by TV Aichi and Yomiuri TV. The anime will also debut online on dAnime Store and other streaming platforms.

Noriaki Akitaya (Bakuman.) is directing the anime, featuring character designs by Shouko Takimoto (Death March kara Hajimaru Isekai Kyousoukyoku). Rakuda, the original creator, is both writing the script and handling the series composition.
The light novel, featuring illustrations by Buriki (Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai), has been published through the Dengeki Bunko label in February 2016. Kadokawa published the 11th volume on May 10.
Yuu Ijima began serializing a manga adaptation in Shounen Jump+ in February 2017. Shueisha shipped the third volume on January 4, with the fourth volume planned for an October 4 release.
