So, the truth is finally out. We now know the nurse's past, and the reason for switching the name tags.

Miki appears to be traumatized by it, but right now, Nozomi is more worried about her father, who is now in critical condition. Will he survive?

I originally watched this show 10 years ago, and this is my first time watching it translated. For years I thought the man Michiko was engaged to was Mr. Koda, but it was just some other rich guy. So this makes her revenge plot against Nozomi all the more insane...

Woah finally they find out! I tought the whole episode "just make a DNA Test" xD But not sure if it existed back then haha

Either way, I'm thrilled to see how those two will handle it and just when I tought Nozomi got the same call, it was her dad in critical condition! Also next episode title foreshadows his death, so will be a really sad episode I guess...
Trying to watch all available anime series so you won't have to anymore, the list of anime I can recommend is still in progress, tho

I went back and rewatched the first episode, and there's a huge plot hole here. Originally, Michiko talks about how she used to live in the Koda household and was treated like a slave, which is why she wanted revenge. Yet, her confession here makes it clear she didn't know the Koda family at all.

Also, Nozomi doesn't seem to know Michiko, even though she's the one who got het into Miki's school!

Anime was based on a 4 volume manga and more mature elements were removed to make it more prime tv friendly. So probably this happened in the manga and they were planning to include it but later decides it was too dark for TV adaptation. It was an era where manga were still under scrutiny
