| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- As they say, Mum always knows best. Honestly, this is exactly what I should have expected out of Director Ton's family. Kabae's family, on the other hand, is even more adorable than I'd imagined. I'm glad Kabae's gotten a positive spotlight for this season. Anai returns to being utterly hilarious, I was absolutely laughing my ass off at his rap. He may have his crippling flaws, but he's a good guy in his own right after all~ |

| oh my gosh this episode was way too wholesome <3 i, like retsuko, certainly gained a new level of respect and appreciation for kabae-san after this, haha i can't believe she really worked her mom magic on anai-kun :D |

| So glad Anai is finally chilling TF out after that training session with Kabae. She's annoying AF, but she knows how a person's psyche works after having and still raising 3 kids. I also think the reason she's annoying is because she doesn't really have anyone to talk to. As Ookami explained in the previous episode, she's at work all day then goes home to her 3 kids who she cooks dinner for a dotes on until they go to bed. She puts on a mask for work and a mask for her kids. She rarely has time to be herself. |

Watching the dub (it's one of the few which match up to the original) and it's hilarious with Ton's twin daughters being voiced by Ton's VA and sounding the exact same as him. |

| Anai was such a hateable and unbearable character that finding out that all he needed to become a surprisingly cool one was some motherly love really caught me off guard. That yakisoba rap of his was a lot more badass than it deserved to be and I love it! I wonder if Retsuko will end up with that ass in driving school, hm. If yes, poor Haida. |

| I like how the gang trying hard to control Anai from the abyss even use up Tsunoda and Ton, but all turns out as a desperate failure. Thank god mother Kabae manage to take Anai heart to the fullest and gain his trust again to the work society. Even at the family appreciation event that require a profits to the stand, while Retsuko proved to be sucks, Anai with Kabae monitoring in front, don't forget about the godly rap, flop the table and finished it with victory. Anai villain arc is over and work life back at its normal again. Now time for Retsuko deal with the donkey boy.... |
