Hi

So following the end of season 3 very much below all. I would like to know from you if we have a chance to have a new season and conditions.

I would like to remind you that JC Staff is not the owner of the series, it is that a production studio that was chosen for this season and can be replaced for a new season.

It has a very slim chance of happening. It took 4 years to get a season 3 and judging by that, it is really hard to tell if a fourth season is going to happen. From what I've heard, the final episode of this season crammed volume 12 into a 25 minute episode. So if there ever were a fourth season, I would hope that they cover volume 12 properly rather than moving on with the story. Don't get your hopes up too high because it could take another couple years or potentially never happen.

Hello

Thank you for your reply.

I expect nothing special that it is positive or negative for the simple reason that nothing is played in advance and everything is possible. I just want other people's opinions to have n debate on it and confront the ideas.

I apologize for my english write that is not good.

It's possible considering the Light Novels are way ahead. But we'll see.

It only took so long was because the anime was very close to catching up with the Light Novel.

Hi

Thank you for your reply.

I agree with you. The LN arrives in the end, it is not impossible to see a sequel, because even if the episode is too busy, it remains in the logic of LN. Moreover an adaptation is only a vision of a person on a work and in my opinion should be distinguished from its original support because it can not equal on all.

Then yes the production of the series took time because the series had caught up with the LN and that the author refused to make a new sequel to the anime version (as was the case for Twin Star Exorcists )

Most likely not, unless BD of S3 does extremely well or there is a lot of demand.

Let me get your answer straight with fact.

1. The LN is ending and i anticipated this, its quite obviously where the direction were going, and you could figure it out by yourself.

2. Considering the retarded quality JC offered S4 might as well delayed forever, or better do run a full reboot from the first volume with different studio.

3. I can guarantee 100% that the BD wont really sell well, ANIMATION and ART can be fixed in BD but RUSHING the source IS NOT. Well unless they somehow make "DIRECTOR CUT" version which adds like 5 mins extra especially on last episode where JC decided its a good idea to cramp a single volume in 1 episode.

4. Its a niche tittle with niche genre, and is also remnants of OLD anime, unless it has a very dedicated studio and fans they would go all out but JC ARENT that STUDIO, They just happen to either got responsibility dumped on them because IMS went bankrupt with a contract by Producer+ zero to no budget given to JC or they took the project which cause bad management similiar to taking OPM2 which currently get shit upon.

5. Season 3 Never existed.

Based on people's descriptions of volume 12, you'd come closer to a fix for episode 12 by removing it instead of extending it by 5 minutes, or even 20. ...but that'd mean you'd never hear an orchestral version of "I Swear". As much as I try, it's hard to imagine it fitting over the scene in which Origami is uninverted and sealed. It just transitions too quickly from crying, to uninversion, to kissing. >.<
If season 3 is a marketing exercise for the rest of the volumes, then maybe I can see why they made it even with this level of artwork... but maybe it also kills the chance of getting any more Date A Live anime. >.<

I'm really surprised how good the season 3 it is...ops not the whole 12 episode...I only enjoy half of it from episode 6 till end...maybe because the time travel thing that make me more wonder what going to happen. I don't really like this anime to be honest but season 3 is something else. only there is awkward animation if anything that ruined it.

Season 4? I want to but in the end what matter is the dvd sales right? let see how it goes from here on.

If only this season was a 13 episode...it would have been way better ending instead of the mess they did with the last episode, unless they fix it in the BD and manages to sell better than season 2 there's no hope...

there's a whole article on the subject that pretty much summarises what everyone feels and what we could expect as well as what should happen if anything does happen:
