| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- This was quite an interesting story. The young princess went through hell, but became famous due to her incredible singing voice. Her father, the king of Sarbia, got to hear her voice, and was overcome with joy, although he was ill, and he passed away while she was singing. I have a question though. When the queen made the signal with her fan ordering a guard to shoot the princess, did a shot fire? The viewer assumes that the king died of a heart attack, so I don't think that the queen would order the king dead, and he was in rough shape already, so the ending itself was kind of abrupt, so we'll never really know exactly what happened to the princess after the concert was over, which is a bit of a shame. Although, it appears that the queen saw the beauty of the princess's voice, and somehow felt remorse, so perhaps she did in fact, call the assassination off. |
