AS one of the numerous people that loved the wonderful stop motion films by Rankin/Bass from the 60s and 70s, this 1956 Beer advertisement that came out before most of the films that would be made for children is a rare find. What a treat.
With a humorous glimpse of beers impact upon the world throughout the ages, taken with a grain of salt (hah).
I gotta say I liked this a lot.
What thoughts do other viewers have? Did you like it? Love it? Hate it? Snub it? ^~^

Informative animation, I enjoyed the stop motion and historical aspect.
I saw this with my mother actually and she enjoyed it as well. Even with no subs we were able to understand it.

In case you ever wanted to watch it again (and for anyone else in the future), it is subbed on Loadtup: https://loadtup.com/c6WdIOhtfr4

The loadtup url has changed, but it's still there. The new address is

It's a fun clip, I enjoyed the understated humour, and some stop motion effects were pretty impressive. I especially liked the turning room. Almost all anime I've seen from the 50s was made for children, so this is was a rare experience.
It’s time to ditch the text file.
