 Shynata is a small city. Population roughly a hundred thousand. It’s meager, but has a decent market, and sets itself apart as the place anyone would go for things they couldn’t find anywhere else. The City of Shynata is a place that has abandoned Taboos as a society. And thus, their laws regarding morality are very lax. Anything a law because it is “morally unacceptable” everywhere else, is not enforced here by design. If a person does not directly harm another person, then there is nothing wrong. Furthermore, the courts are ridiculously arbitrary here. Since the law is so lax, the judges are also free to do as they deem appropriate. An interesting note is that there has not been a political shift since it was founded. The judges, the counsels, the government has remained completely unchanged for well over a hundred years without changing. Nobody is certain why, but there are plentiful theories claiming that they are transmorphic extraterrestrials that have a long lifespan. Others believe them to be Vampire Nobility. And others believe their led by a Dullahan whom has a running deal with them. Either way, this place is a cultural soup. Anything goes so long as nobody is injured. And so everything that is normally prohibited or prevented elsewhere, is here. This gives Shynata no small amount of infamy, nobody wants to be caught visiting Shynata. But everyone goes there eventually for something. Because everything is there somewhere. |

| Silvers Royce Upon arriving to Shynata, Silvers almost lost himself due to the amount of people in the streets, voices of different people are mixed, some were merchants, travellers and kids running. It also looks like the place has been a culture spot, Silvers heard two men arguing in different languages. "I need to find a laboratory, to have these specimen identified.". Silvers walked aimlessly for hours until he saw the IAHD office, it's the only civilized looking structure here. Then he entered and asked for someone who can test the specimen he collected. |

| He would find himself in a very clean office. Speaking to a receptionist he would learn there were no scientists at this office. And that he would be much better off at the Index Foundation. They have a small Labratory nearby but it might be better to leave them in the main Karn installation. The MagLev Stations should run everywhere from here. Soon after he would feel discomfort. A metallic tang would be tasted in his mouth. Strong one too. Tasted like blood. And after a check, he would confirm it. It was blood, and everyone else seemed to be experiencing it. They were bleeding from their mouth. You could hear something, like raindrops on the building as a sudden downpour begins. It wasnt heavy, but it was noticable. Looking behind you at the glass door, you could see the streets running red with blood-rain. Almost it took a moment before sirens began blairing out a warning. All civilian elements please proceed to the nearest emergency shelter. An unknown global event has began to take place. Do not panic, please evacuate calmly. This message will now repeat. |

| Silvers Royce Upon seeing the same, bleeding effect from other people, Silvers quickly absorbed what is happening, pretty sure it is outside his range. Everything outside was reddish, blood rain started pouring from the skies. Hearing the sirens, he decided to stay a while and let the event unfold, while he is inside the IAHD Facility, Silvers told the receptionist if they can create some modified equipments that can be used as weaponries here. |

| You asked about weaponry, and the receptionist mentioned the guards had weapons. They would be fine. Three Guards entered the front of the building and took defensive positions just in case things went south quickly. People started coming in, and someone in the back began repeating directions for the nearest evacuation shelters over the overhead speakers. He also mentioned a medical facility about two hundred meters down the road. |

| Silvers Royce As the rain came pouring in, and so is the people. Royce felt a sting in his torso and remembered why he is here, to get his body fully healed. 200 meters is not that far so he decided to jog his way there, using his coat as a makeshift umbrella and stopping by to catch his breath, he got to the medical facility, he doesn't know what would happen if the blood rain hits him, but he doesnt want to know. Silvers entered the medical facility and talked to the doctor. If something happens, he wouldn't be able to fight in this condition. |

| It was just as the gentleman from the office indicated. Following a quick race under th rain, Silvers would note the sign indicating a medical facility. Once in, it was rather noticeable that something was going on. Medics ran from one side to another, rushing to tend the crowd waiting. After a while, a lady with a coat that looked straight out of a horror scene, splashed with plenty of blood, came to Silvers. She looked at him up and down and told him, noticeably tired of repeating it "Blood in your mouth and abdominal discomfort, correct?" |
| Silvers Royce ...also some broken bones and an imminent internal bleeding, I was already beat up before the blood rain happened, doc. The crowd in the med facility is slowly rising as the rain continues to poor down, surely if an attack would happen, thia facility would be a target. Curiosity kicked in and Silvers asked the doctor if she already had findings about whats happening to the people. |

| The doctor seemed rather surprised at Silvers comment "...Oh, I see. Come this way, then." She told him as she motioned towards a hall behind her. After passing a couple of doors, one of which was filled with patients with a bloodied mouth, visibly in pain, the doctor entered a room. In it, you saw some regular medical instruments, however, a machine occupied most of the room. A large cilinder with a rectangular gap in the middle of it, with more than enough space to fit a person in. The doctor headed for what looked like the control panel of the machine. Before touching it, though, she faced Silvers and asked "This device will check your wounds and most likely heal them, you are able to walk and talk, after all." With that said, the doctor would motion Silvers to lay on a platform that protruded from the machine. Once in it the platform retracted with Silvers in it. After a few seconds of silence, the machine started making noises and lights ran up and down Silvers' body. While the machine was busy healing him, the doctor answered to Silvers "Actually, there's not much going on with the bodies of everyone. Everyone I've checked just had some blood on their mouth and felt nauseous, with varying degrees of abdominal pain... But no particular harm is to be seen on their bodies. So the answer would be no." A few moments later, the machine let one last beep out, before ejecting the platform. The doctor walked over to Silvers "That should do it. Your bones have completely regenerated and the hemorrhage has been fully stopped. You're good to go." You saw the doctor try to smile at you, but she simply couldn't. Worry was all over her face. |

| Silvers Royce Thanks Doc, let's just hopw that this situation would end soon. With everything OK now, Silvers headed to the MagLev's the receptionist told him, going to the Karn City. Weird things happened after he slept for hundreds of years maybe upon reaching Karn, Silvers thought to himself to read things in a library, and get some new equipment to improve himself. Silvers left Shynata |
