Now one of the animators of the anime has spoken out on twitter. Rought translation first tweet: ImoImo's production company, the compensation for the animation team still hasn't been paid, it seems that the people who suffered damage are going to make a mass appeal... And it's not just ImoImo, if we take the previous work Angolmois into account too... It seems that I am no longer unrelated. Bits from other tweets: I really want to ask the director "Why are we making this?" Some people say "It will be fixed for the blu-rays", but it's too late for that. Who would buy the blu-rays on such a gamble, are you stupid? Animation should start at least one year before the broadcast for TV shows and at least 2 years before the premiere for movies. That way the base minimum level of quality will be able to be maintained and the sales would be that much better. I joked before about how the animators aren't being paid for how bad this show looks. I knew that the work conditions were awful seeing the hidden cry, but this is just beyond terrible. | I haven't watched this at all and I kinda knew this show would be shit. What I didn't knew is that it would go on a "life suppporting" level. The animators not getting paid is kinda pitiful. But yeah, whatever happens I think imo they should do a indefinite haitus on this series if this keeps on going. |

| Is it one of those "You'll get paid later, but work now for the reputation you will build up in the industry" sort of things? I have seen this attitude in a few other type of performance media, whether it is requests for an essay to be written or a speech to be delivered, and honestly...always demand payment for your work, and refuse. One may have to shake hands and kiss ass, but never let people treat you like garbage. |

| So studio Naz is essentially operating like a 3rd world sweat shop where animators get paid poorly or in this case not at all. This studio deserves to fail. Not only is the content of the show awful they treat thier staff like this. Awful |

| Being an incest and ecchi anime this is not bad. I would dare to say it's "good". Though the animation and art are really bad after the first episodes. EDIT: It gets better in the last episode (episode 10) Senran Kagura Shinobi Master art and animation weren't stable (specially in the last episodes), but I wouldn't imagine that I would see something much worse =P What the fuck is happening with this season? LoL |
