| Does brown rice count? Everyday. Especially on days when I hit the gym. Loading up on all that extra carb pre and post workout is always so satisfying. There are some weeks I take off eating it for cutting but overall I eat it a lot. |

I say that because of the comments on your profile, well if you are that's interesting my family is part Italian (like my father is actually from Italy) so that's why i said it's 50/50. Every friends house i been here they eat rice and beans everyday, here in my house we eat pasta (like a billion different types), Bistecca alla fiorentina, Carpaccio and a lot of others... |

Yeah, I'm xD Oic, my family is part Italian and part from Russia, but we (my grandma and me) eat past just on Sundays x) But I'm not such a fan of it tbh, I really prefer rice over pasta |
