 Anisong singer Sayaka Sasaki announced that she got married in November of last year. Her husband is actor Sanshirou Wada. They met through the Garo series, where he was an action actor in the live-action Garo series, while Sasaki performed theme songs in Garo anime series. He proposed to her on her birthday, and they married during Garo Kanshasai last November. Sasaki announced that she will continue working as a singer while married. Sayaka worked as an office lady before participating in and winning the third Anisong Grand Prix in 2009. Her debut came the following year where she performed the second opening theme song for Tatakau Shisho: The Book of Bantorra, titled "Seisai no Ripieno." She continued to perform many other anime theme songs, including ones for the Garo anime series, Break Blade, and Girls und Panzer to name a few. Source: Sasaki's Blog |

| Wow, she was an OL before? I'd never would have guessed that, she has such a beautiful voice! I love especially Zzz from Nichijou and World's End from Grisaia no Meikyuu, I listen to both of these so often. Good for them! |
