| So it was more of a recap/setup episode, nothing really new happened, but still it's a decent buildup for the new season. That edgy as fuck LRIG was kinda unnecessary though, I think they wanted to show that not every LRIG thinks positive of his owner and tried to make some parallels with Carnival/Satomi, although my jp is kinda trash, so there might have been a bigger significance about her. We will see.. For better or worse, Conflated will probably end up being even more edgier, I hope they manage to tie up the story with Carnival and bring some conclusion and a more concrete explanation to the selector games, although the franchise will obviously not end yet.. AND PLEASE no more deus ex machina and arsepulls... That end scene with Ruuko was cool. |
