| Okay so in the manga Lilina's name was written Lilina in the translated version! But in the translation of the anime it's Ririna? Which one is it... I recently noticed MAL change Lilina's name to Ririna in the character thingy! So now I'm thinking is it actually suppose to be Ririna! Okay yes I know the L and R sounds in Japanese are like a mixture of the two. Also that R takes precedents, but since Lilina's father was half German, it could be an L? I'm also just salty at Amazon and this whole animestrike™ thing. So I'm less inclined to believe them. Ugggg I'm just confused and maybe it doesn't matter but I don't like seeing some people in the forums saying Riri and other Lili... idk why it's stupid If you didn't pick up on it I think it's Lilina and Amazon is [racist and stupid (that's a joke :|)] since I read the manga first... but what others opinion.... | Well, my impression in the show is that they pronounce it more like Ririna. So I'll stick with that. |

| Let's stick to Hepburn transcription. Ririna all the way. Especially that her name is written in kanji. I don't see any reason for using Lilina. |

| It's 莉々奈 in kanji, not even written with kana (々is is symbol for repeating kanji if anyone's curious). 莉 is jasmine. And she's japanese, only 1/4 german. So it's Ririna. No need to spell it differently (although japanese pronounciation of R is somewhere between R and L they actually differentiate between those letters, mainly when reading foreign words). |
