| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Chapter 5 has such a sad title!! :( “And no rain falls” </3 That’s such a contrast to Yukino’s bright smile, while she was teaching… This one smile alone, demonstrates how much Yukino loved teaching literature, yet problems at work slowly began then… It’s too bad that some students misinterpreted Yukino’s friendly nature. :( It’s not even Yukino’s fault that someone’s boyfriend had a crush on her, which led to second year girls bullying her… It’s sad that even the students’ parents got involved in spreading rumours. >< I can’t imagine how it feels to be asked, “Why are you still teaching our class?” I’m amazed that students would even go as far as boycotting Yukino’s classic literature class! I don't know how anyone would still have the heart to go to work and teach... :’) It was touching to see Takao stand up for Yukino!! I’m actually glad Takao slapped that sassy upperclassman, Aizawa! It’s seriously not Yukino’s fault that Aizawa's boyfriend had a change of heart! >< Aizawa was such a jerk for calling Yukino an “old skank.” >: Takao really had courage, when he hit the male upperclassman too. Bravo to Takao knowing the answer to Yukino’s poem!! “I just want to see her right now.” <- YES, see her! Regardless if it rains or not :) Takao will be with Yukino, regardless of what happens. <3 Takao already demonstrated that, when he fought the upperclassmen for her. I like that these two characters show that they’re there for each other. Since Yukino was there for Takao when he was dealing with his shoemaking future, I’m certain Takao will stay strong beside Yukino. This was SUPER CUTE -> “I wanted to see you one last time. Just being able to look her in the eye and speak to her was enough.” <3 Takao is so sweet. 5/5. There was a sense of simplicity this chapter. I like that we see Takao discover Yukino’s identity, and make the effort to stay by her side. How will Yukino respond to Takao’s determination? |
