| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Hmm I think this episode was okay, not as intense or action packed as some of the others but the info dumping is interesting and build up. The journey also continues for Sorey and his group after dealing with that conflict. Seeing Sorey taking on his responsibilities as a Shepherd shows that he is growing stronger every day. Rose and Alisha are adapting with their roles as well even though it looked painful. |

| Decent episode I guess. Build up for the final battle, looks like they are just gonna straight out take us to the final boss and end the anime there. Velvet's name was mentioned but at this point, I don't think we'll see her make an appearance or if the story will anyhow tie into Berseria, unless the Lord of Calamity has something up his sleeve like resurrection or something. I loved the montage with the S1 ED "Calling" playing as an insert. Definitely showcased the whole 'Calm before the Storm' thing really well. Squire armatization should be nice to see. |

| I think this final battle preparation episode is what would happen if the game was done right. i think Sergei should be one of main character to complete 4 Kamui party for each 4 seraph elements. but at least alisha (and basically everyone else) are not ignored this time. the game focus 100% on sorey party and leomon with no other 3rd party involvement at all. the anime is complete opposite, sorey party doing random shit for 20+ episode with random 3rd party faction while ignoring plot with leomon completely. I just hope for the best for the climax, hoping everything resolved and hoping for 3rd game for zestiria trilogy teaser at the end |

| Almost though sorey was about to read the Berseria story right there lol , i love the way they drew her you could immediately recognize her from the hand man all this build up and connection sorey mentioned velvet several time now i hope they have Berseria anime in the store for us , hell it's not even far from to make third game now although this is another story i just want Berseria anime after this one end Nice ep we may see kamui Alisha now wow ! , sorey is still too weak to face the LoC i wonder how they pull through that Srsly i won't be funny if he die in the next battle when he's the only one who can save the dragons |

| This was a decent build up episode, they're changing a lot from the original game but it was to be expected considering the previous episodes, one thing that bugs me is the whole army thing though, I can understand the Normin because they buff the Shepard / Squires / Seraphs but what about all those humans in there who wanna fight or treat this as an expedition? Didn't they mention previously that only the Shepard or Squires can fight hellions because they have to purified in order to be defeated? So what are all those people gonna do then? And speaking of changes the armatization thing was sorta weird too, it's such a simple thing in the game and you get it right away with Sorey and Rose (although Alisha can't do it) but now it's this big plot point on how it takes it's toll on the body? I guess they have to come up with some drama for the next episodes... And finally, about Dezel and Maltran... I wonder if they'll somehow still incorporate elements of their game counterparts but at this point I don't think much will happen with them I'm also wondering about the ending too, or how they're gonna implement the Lord of Calamity's backstory and "other stuff" (trying to avoid spoilers) that happened at the end of the game, overall though this is not a bad adaptation at all considering what they had to work with |

| Another transition episode, but this time was alright since they are heading to the final battle and the party is finally completed. I hope for an epic final battle against Heldalf. The fact this is anime original and they are tying this with Berseria makes me really excited. I can't wait to see the Armatizations of Rose and Alisha animated. | Was pretty surprised to see Alisha try armatizing. I mean seeing as how they didn't ditch her like in the game it was to be expected she would eventually try at least but still a surprise none the less. Well hopefully they manage to succeed, I would like to see hers. |
| A pretty decent and build up episode. Really enjoyed it. Did anyone else noticed that scene where everyone was camping at the stone ruin was similar to the ending at the previous season? The song was the same as well. |

| Definitely getting interested.. I really like when everyone gathers & go for the final fight (gets you hyped up) I expected them to purify the Edna's brother before the final fight tho but they didn't which was unexpected >.> Last fight is going to be epic. Can't wait >w< |

| I love the adaptation, the uniqueness and novelty of it and also the fact that they do justice to other characters this time around. On the other hand, if the anime was the game - extended version, then I would have probably been 1/4 as excited about the whole thing. The creators probably thought about it in the same way, since we got this new and improved version. |

If I liked the game story more then I would have hated this. But to be honest, the game story was very "meh" so I wouldn't mind an alternate version. Of course, this adaptation suffered from really weird pacing and story arc issues. It ended up rushed as hell and I'm concerned how they will finish everything within a few episodes. In other words, this series as its own is actually pretty bad. But still more interesting than if they adapted the game plot. |

But in the game Alisha is not a selfish person who leaves her country while the war didn't stop. But Anime Alisha has legitimate reasons to go with Sorey... 1. If Sorey dies, she dies. Such connections were not made in the game. 2. Malevolence is about to engulf the world. Edna said it best --- there's no point bringing her brother back to a dying world --- there's no point staying behind to rebuild a country that will be destroyed. In the game, Alisha's presence was making Sorey blind and was also weakening his senses. She was a burden in the game, not in the Anime. |

Your subjective opinion of course. My own subjective opinion is that this is exactly what makes Alisha so lovable. She goes at any lengths to do exactly what she wants to do, never caring about anyone that says otherwise and in the end she actually accomplishes it. I remember that this was exactly the case when she went to look for the Shepard, then held the ceremony to select the Shepard (when everyone ignored her) or when she went and stopped the war when everyone around just wanted conflict. They even wanted her assassinated for it. Guess who was the assassin that actually thought that war was the only correct option there.... |
