This episode just got weird...I think the most noticeable character was this girl:

Thought the fight had a weird pacing to it too although it took a more serious turn in the second half. Mana's past didn't look pretty D:

So a weirdo appeared and an enemy team appeared.
I wonder who they will fight next time, my guess is that the identity of the weirdo will be exposed to the girls very soon.
Since it was given away pretty fast.
I also doubt she is an enemy judging her behaviour.

The enemy team however could be a bigger problem seeing who send them.

This was a weird episode. A random girl showed up and happened to be the one in the armored suit. She's quite strong, but awkward. The three other girls are strong too. Their main target is Altair Torte.

Things have gotten really interesting. Alao a bit weird.

Not sure why Odile wants to destroy all the Memoca. I think she might want a friend or 2 also.

As for the other 3 and the mysterious woman, they want Altair Torte for some reason.

I like these mysterious reality-hopping orphan girls much better than those dumb looking Obli's.

The events in this episode was fairly faithful (and expanded) to the main storyline in the game unlike some of the earlier episode, so I am pretty satisfied. Action wise, it is also the best we've seen (though we didn't really get to see the full fight between Pudding and the Origami sisters).

Gotta say, "Odile" kicked even more butt in this episode than in the game during the encounter with Altair Torte. Her way of speech is even more interesting in the anime. Not my favourite character in the game, but I actually like her a touch more after this episode. I wonder if she is actually from this dimension (I forgot quite a bit of the game plot so it's not a spoiler - but from the photo that she is likely related to the person who invented the Stella Prism / Memoca, and have a reason to want to destroy them).

As for the Origami sisters, I wonder if Akara might get a slight popularity boost after this episode as she fought well (though the battle wasn't fully shown, it kinda looks like she also took out Haruka too, on top of Amane, Mano and Itsumi looking at the monitor room screen). Hina is usually the far more popular character.

One thing I found amusing is how laid back Sasa (the girl with the bazooka) is. What she literally says in the command room following the team's defeat was "We were so utterly defeated it almost felt good". She always says the weirdest things all the time.

Another thing I kinda wonder is whether Biscuit Serious would've put up a better fight against the Origami sisters.

More than the novelty is the introduction of new characters, are satisfied natured attitude, held by the various teams during the clashes with unknown girls; They have made it less indigestible watching this episode. I love when situations, should be taken with philosophy and without unnecessary whining, as is often seen. Not bad, discover the past of Yaginuma and Mana, but often we focus too much on them and not much is said about the other.

With a similar narrative, introducing this girl, it was a duty. XD

Thanks for the picture @Stark700

Pretty good and interesting episode
It seems that the villains of the show finally show up and man they are pretty strong. The spy that they used though was quite cute in that he inept she was at her job. If you told someone that you didn't need help of course they would keep walking like Satoka did. It was nice that the memoca which is the card that fifth force members uses to transform are expanded further. So the card analyses the other dimension when the members are out and creates gear from the data gathered then eh. Tsubame's team training was nice to see as only with practice would they improve. The running song itself was pretty cute. The fight with Odile was pretty comical but she was pretty powerful. Funny how they were saved by the leg cramp though. You can easily guess who that was though.

But to think that more powerful villains would appear though. It was surprising to see Amane's team get defeated by the three new villains though but truth be told they were pretty powerful. Im glad that they were able to retrieve Amane's team though. To think that they had the same abilities as fifth force though. Mana knowing these three girls though was a surprise as was the fact that she and they grew up in a orphanage. Maybe her upbringing has something to do with them. The backstory about how Io and Mana met was cute though. So as expected the science teacher is an enemy and that they are targeting Tsubame's team. The spy also seems determined to destroy the stellar prism and the memoica. Things are definitely getting more interesting.

I dont know why people give score on this show so low... focus on heroine and consist around by girl. the point is art like shojo manga and the conflict of the story is not too serious. but not bad for me.

that pony-tailed girl is a one woman army who could do 5 vs 1 and would still dominate and win!

Odile is a funny character. Her sudden leg cramps were hilarious.

Things are getting more serious. A strong enemy team appeared who's operated by that mysterious teacher. The Origami sisters easily beat Coconut Vega.

So, they are all Mana's childhood friends. Well, I hope they'll become friends with her again and everyone else too one day.

Mana and Io's friendship is really sweet. They are so cute together.
