| this payed homage to the medieval times when witches were burned or drowned to prove they weren't witches. when i read that scene i was like, yep, a likely conclusion for a people of that time. even so, that god has a thing for her, if not a curiosity so he wont let her suffer, if not intentionally. |
| regardless of his being "ageless" , I still think the water God acts like he's 10. I can already see how the manga is going to play out. |

| when i first started reading this i didn't know it was the same author as Reimei no Arcana, but the entire time i kept thinking "this art and these character expressions are so similar". then i found out it's no other than Rei Touma! so far i'm enjoying the manga, but i hope the water god doesn't end up the one she chooses |
