| That can really be a plot hole. I can't remember this scene very well, but maybe Miki is a real person, but she simply wasn't there. That visit was a lie and part of the plan. As Miki and the aunt have probably only met once or twice, and as the aunt hasn't seen Shiki during the last 15 years, she wouldn't be able to recognize both. |

| I just finished binging this. The aunt was well aware of what was happening even if she didnt know how. She didnt seems to be so affected either by her husbands death either so maybe she was mindfucked by the knowledge of what was happening too... |
