| Dont see that much hate against it but i get why people could dislike it judging by the first episode . Second ep is like a different show..its the highschool setting we all know with a vampire twist. I dont really see why ppl are reminded of SnK ..its soo damn different. Also wasnt aware there was that much hype around it ..atleast i wasnt hyped at all for it. |
| I actually haven't seen that much hate. I don't see what's wrong with it anyhow. Yeah, it's similar to AOT, very much so... but... that isn't a bad thing, necessarily. Yeah, AOT is overrated as all hell, but it's not terrible. I liked AOT, and I like this show too. |

| Honestly I know in my heart that this isn't very good but I am really enjoying it so far so it might as well be really good. Everyone needs some shounen dribble in their lives. It's better than similar shows I have watched like blue exorcist. |

| Well, lots of reasons. You have those guys who will hate on any anime that's popular regardless of whether or not it's good. Those other guys who will hate an anime just because they find the fans obnoxious. Annnd those guys who shun anime that aren't "groundbreaking" and basically hate on all shows that seem cliche to them. etc etc I can see someone hating on ONS for being generic since I can admit that it is in the beginning, but after a while it gets pretty good. |

XD did you now Shakespeare was inspired by something? guess he's sh!t now. And the virus affected 1/10 of humans meaning there is still 800 million humans left, then minus the deaths, now around 700 million. Then factor in the people like Guren and the vampire and monsters will be contained enough to resume modern life.  And food isn't a problem, how do you think the primitive humans survived? cause they sure didn't have agriculture. Again it's A VIRUS, so the buildings and everything else aren't affected. | IMO i think its because non manga readers had a lot of expectations and were hoping to find a copy-paste of Shingeki no kyojin. Obviously this anime has some similarities but it's nothing alike in pacing, plot and relationships which let down everyone and then everyone rated this low. This shouldnt be compared to Shingeki, people should apreciatte it for its own story...not because it has the same studio etc. Not every anime made by them can be a masterpiece, but this is definitely not "garbage" as some watchers make it seem to be. Generic school setting and annoying mc...it's cliché and has been made 1000th times and so what? Doesnt mean later the story wont get really good. If you base your opinion in just two eps...that is not fair imo. Honestly as manga reader I'm 99% satisfied with the adaption. :D |

| getting a lower score than 8.5 doens't mean the show is getting any sort of hate. there will always be people hating on something just because ti didnt meet their expectation. seriously dont bother what other people thinks of the show, whats important is what you think. |

| Never take the opinion of someone hating an anime seriously. You can dislike an anime for valid and reasonable reasons but there is no excuse for hating an anime. One can only hate an anime for reasons other than it's quality. For example, an attention seeking teen on his prolonged and painful period who thinks the world hates him and wants someone to acknowledge his pitiful existence . |

| Everyone is either bitching complaining that it's too similar or too unsimilar to AoT. Not sure why people would complain about the school setting since it encompass about half of all the anime out there. |

THe haters are probably people who prefer boring slice of life/romance anime with school settings, or prefer a childish/comedy action anime that has no blood, death, etc What is wrong if it is resemble attack on titan ?! I wish if every anime resemble a great anime like attack on titan. Every season we see anime that resemble these boring slice of life anime like Nagato Yuki-chan, Nisekoi or Yahari Ore no Seishun, but no one complains about that. |
