Should I watch episode 12 or this?

Since I have yet to watch episode 12, I'm not sure if I should watch this instead of or after episode 12. What's the best way to watch this?

Watch both definitely. There are quite a few things in episode 12 that don't appear in the OVA and viceversa. Episode 13 is more interesting from my PoV though.

Both because of what he said.

Truth, 12 is interesting because a lot of what happened was implied rather than stated, 13 was an attempt to make the implied stated.

So watch 12 first, and if you didn't like that ending, watch 13 to go "oh, that was what happened!"
