| I actually think that this is better seeing as I've already seen all of the original and beaten the game about 4 times. Hopefully, the focus is mostly on Marie and the events of Golden (mainly, I want an awesome version of the Junes concert). |

The trailer clearly plays out scenes from Marie's story arch in Persona 4 Golden, which takes place during the Persona 4 timeframe. Not to mention, you have character designs from during the Persona 4 timeframes, whereas the Persona 4 Golden epilogue (takes place the summer after Persona 4 ends) has their character designs tweaked and distinctly different. This is without the simple fact that basing it off of Persona 4 Golden means you're basing it off the Persona 4 story and timeframe. 3 years later makes absolutely no sense whatsoever unless you're talking about the time between the anime's airing. The best chance for this anime at this length to me is if they take some New Game + type storyline (which would be cool if done in the right way). |

| They will release 12 episodes then announce a second season at the end of the last episode. All of this director's anime does this now. He literally JUST did it with Hamatora. Calm the fuck down. Also, if they cut out a lot of the really bad social links (moon, temperance, hanged man) they can cut this down to 12 episodes. The 12 episodes worth of shit that mattered. |

| Definitely not one fourth of the game, but it did feel super rushed. They could probably go through the rest of the game in the remaining 11 episodes, but it's gonna be a mess. |
