Which pairing is the best?

| I'm most probably wrong, but the truth is I can't shake the feeling that all this ghost story with Nanana seems too weird. I mean is it not possible that one of her objects forcibly put her into another plane of existence, therefore a ghost?? I understand that due to being in another plane of existence, she can't leave the room. We may even consider that in this situation she is in fact trapped/pinned in one location only (like a cage of sorts), but how can a ghost forcibly interact with objects and even eat pudding??? Where the hell does the pudding go to?? Even if you say that the interaction with objects is due to will focus and the power of the soul, my point stills stands... You'll probably say she focus herself to eat the pudding, very well I accept this, but won't this mean that once she relaxed her body and soul, the pudding she swallowed would just pass through her and hit the floor?? Truth is, since the first episode when Nanana was introduced to us, that the necklace that shes been wearing bothers me... That design more and more seems to me, like one sacred object meant for spiritual use (with the feathers inside the ball). So I'll say that Nanana is not really dead, instead she is trapped somewhere due to one of her treasures backfiring (most probably that necklace) and she'll somehow be brought back, ending up with Juugo. This would also explain why she lost her memory about the incident (backfiring sacred object would mean losing short term memory) and why no one has been able to find who killed her (since she did it to herself). But as I stated before, I may be completely wrong, and this is just wishful thinking. |

| Definitely Tensai. They are actually a very good pair generally. There is fantastic chemistry between them. I just want another situation like the one when they were stuck in the room together but for them to properly assess each others feelings while there =) |

| Tensai, no contest whatsoever. They've got an excellent chemistry and they make a great pair both as an adventuring party and as a couple. Yukihime is an interesting case as they are clearly infatuated with one another and have good chemistry. If they had interacted more and if it wasn't for Tensai, they would have my full support. Daruku is pretty much a joke option, no need to detail why it doesn't work. Last, but not least Nanana. While it's evident she is supposed to be the one winning in the end from a narrative point of view, it still doesn't work. She is more like a piece of furniture that can't even leave the room and her characterization suffers because she gets little screen time (kinda obvious when the team is out on adventure and all she does is eat pudding and play games). The basic chemistry is there, when she actually gets focus, but it pales in comparison with the other two pairings. |
