| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Today we saw quite a lot of the eighteen children of which the oldest is Mobuko-chan. So collectively they are referred to as Mobuko-chan-tachi. In the closing credits, ten of them are named. Eight of them remain unnamed. The big surprise today is that three of them having male- sounding names and male-sounding voices. So there is Mobutarou-kun, Mobujirou-kun and Mobuzaemon. This has me a bit confused, but I think I'll just go with it for now. The song for the closing credits seemed to be about those 18 siblings and it named six of them. Also, there was that beautiful end card. I must admit that I like the effect of the subtle motion when the skirts move when the girls turn while they are standing. During the rotational motion, their skirt flairs out slightly and then droops back into place. It looks pretty realistic to me, although clearly they exaggerate it for dramatic purposes. This is far more realistic than any other depiction of skirts that I have seen in anime. Normally, they just show skirts flapping in the breeze, but in an unrealistic way. Another nice subtle effect is the motion of the air when the girls move their heads. Again, it is exaggerated somewhat for dramatic purposes, but it adds to the sense of realism. This kind of motion is ignored in conventional anime. I am hoping for a third season. Also, I am eager to see them sub more of the Season-one episodes. |

| OMG, I'm surprised that all the Mobuko-chan-tachi are all voiced by one person and she pretty much said it herself lol. Pretty darn talented to be able to play many different roles at the same time. Hakusyuu~ Its really funny when the others are teasing her and forcing out different roles for her :3 |
