| Isayama Hajime should be awarded The Manga with The Highest Inconsistencies of Characters' Appearances. He keeps performing multiple plastic surgeries on those Shingeki No Kyojin characters in a SINGLE chapter. Yes, I've read up to the latest chapter of Shingeki No Kyojin manga. Forced myself to read through the kidsketching chapters after the anime's ended. At least from now on, I only have to go through the hell once a month. Patiently awaiting SNK TV/movie/OVA anime-sequel. The 2015 SNK live-action movie would probably suck. |
| I'm not sure why, but I found this to be a really touching episode. I've seen ones like it and didn't really care...but this one was really sweet and emotional. I really have to give props to J.C. Staff on this. It seems like they've figured things out and made an already great universe so much better with this series. |

| Boring episode, worst one yet in this series. Haruee and Uiharu are very boring characters that doesn't add anything to the show, and they are almost identical in looks, personality and voice. |
| That was a bit emotional, rather unexpectedly. Even as shady scientists were clearly plotting something in the background after an ambush conducted on ITEM to gather some data. I was surprised to see... Shinobu among the other scientists obviously plotting something villainous. Maybe she's become disgruntled and decided to join others in scheming against Academy City? (do not answer this) New loli Febli introduced. It seems pretty clear she's related to whatever those scientists are scheming. I'm not gonna lie about being a bit underwhelmed by this new arc though. The Sisters Arc: Railgun S edition raised the bar for my expectations for this anime. I guess I'll just have to adjust again. |

It had Kongou, Shinobu, ITEM, and team Railgun, what isn't there to like? Also, the bad scientists don't look that Kihara-esque especially since they seem to be against Esper powers... Febli is interesting... After seeing the movie stream last week, this was nice to see. This arc has some great animation still. I hope it gets better as it increases. Well... if Angel fall happens... I will be really happy lol. Though... even after watching this plus the rest of the season I know in my heart that Railgun III will be way better than Railgun S... It's rated badly because: 1.Kongou finally does something in the anime but she gets told by A FREAKING NOBODY. 2.Team Railgun+2 playing round.Yes Team Index does that too but not for an entire ep.Things got good only when Febli was found. 3.The bad scientists definitely arent Kiharas. About Angel Fall:The viewer,us, being affected by it would be cool,IF we had the magic side's POV.RAilgun only viewers would be ALL "WTF?" because there is no way for Misaka and co to know about it. | So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old? I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |
| I couldn't care less about Misaka's friends so these past episodes are so meh to me. At least something is going to go down soon... hopefully, a decent arc. |
| The new arc started out the most boring way possible. I almost fell asleep watching it. The new girl lacks personality and she is uninteresting so far. It's good to know that JC staff has lowered our expectation considerably for their new materials. Hopefully, things start going up from here. |

If a character is going to be built up as interesting, his/her personality and relevancy to the story can be felt immediately after the first few minutes. The rule of "first impression" not only applies in real life, but also in anime and any other mediums as well. Febli strikes me as the third blond in this season without the manipulative nature of sexy Misaki, nor the craziness of loli Frenda. Febli borrows many Frenda's loli features and Mizore in R+V's habit of munching lollipop. I'm not trying prejudge her character since she would fit in very well with a normal SOL series, which builds characterization slowly. But compared to the vivid cast of characters in Raigun 2, most of whom left a good impression in the first minute, Febli seems lacking impact. Furthermore, the first 3/4 of the season has been using the up-front characterization, so a change from that to a slow build-up is a bit sudden. So far, one noteworthy point about Febli is that she seems to have a hand on helping the merch scratch Shizuri. Thus, she might be a level 4 esper who also somehow relates to Shinobu. I'm hoping that she will not be another Erii whose relevancy in the series is still in question despite being voiced by Kana Hanazawa. |

Unless they have something really good ,yeah she will end up just like Erii and Banri.The only good thing in Season 1's original arc was that it was related to Kiyama.Lets hope that they will have something good for Shinobu and /or ITEM. |
